Our offerings include yoga classes and meditation workshops, along with wellness coaching and nutrition consulting.
How did you get started in the health & wellness industry?
I’ve always been passionate about helping people attain peace of mind, while reaching their health & wellness goals. For this very reason, The Yoga Nutritionist was born, blending yoga, wellness, and nutrition as one.
Yoga, Wellness, and Nutrition are the core focus of The Yoga Nutritionist. Our slogan, “Mind your Body” relates to our belief in the connection between the two - mind and body.
What advice would you give someone looking to hire a private instructor or coach?
No matter your pursuit, consistency is key.
What education, training, and/or credentials do you have in the health and wellness industry?
E-RYT (500+hrs) Certified Yoga Teacher; Certified Nutritionist and Wellness Coach through Cornell University.
What is your typical process when working with someone new?
First, we discuss any limitations you may be working with.
Then, we explore areas you are looking to improve in, along with any concerns you may have.
Last and most importantly, we work together to build a plan of action. Your path towards success begins Week 1.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?
Pricing varies and depends on the offering(s) you are interested in (ie. yoga class, wellness coaching, nutrition consulting). 1-1 yoga sessions start at $125.

What types of clients do you work with?
We work with with a various clients, ranging from athletes to anyone looking to improve their yoga practice, wellness regimen, and nutrition/health/exercise routine.
We strive to welcome and support all, leading engaging and empowering yoga practices, wellness coaching, and nutrition consultations.
We believe in the practice of yoga and are working to expand its accessibility to all.
Each summer, we host a series of free yoga classes, over the course of 12 weeks, Sunday’s in Central Park - via Meetup, Yoga • Wellness • Nutrition.
Whether you are just starting out, or an experienced practitioner, looking to advance your yoga practice, health, and well being, The Yoga Nutritionist is here to nourish your strength and belief in yourself, reviving your inner light, shine, and zest for life!!
